Join the 4-Day Visioning Retreat (from ¥450,000 JPY) An immersive experience in Minakami, Japan, designed to step you out of daily leadership demands and into deeper reflection, direction-setting, and alignment. This includes accommodation, facilitation, and guided outdoor experiences. 3. Commit to the 1-Year Leadership Partnership (¥4,000,000 JPY) A year-long coaching and integration process to help translate retreat insights into sustained impact in your work and life. This includes regular one-to-one coaching (typically 2–3 sessions per month) and ongoing strategic and reflective support. Any fees paid for earlier stages are credited toward the full year if you continue.

The Spark Session is not a sales call — it is the first step of the leadership journey. This work is for leaders who are ready to engage seriously with their development and impact. A paid session ensures both sides are fully invested in making this conversation focused and meaningful. The Spark Session helps you: • clarify what is at stake in your leadership, • identify key tensions or transitions, • and determine whether this journey is right for you. If you join the retreat, the Spark Session fee is credited toward that investment.

If you move through the full year-long leadership partnership, the total investment is: ¥4,000,000 JPY This includes: • the Spark Session, • the 4-Day Visioning Retreat, • and the full year of leadership coaching and integration. The structure is progressive: • the Spark Session fee is applied to the retreat, • and the retreat investment is applied to the full year if you continue. This allows leaders to enter thoughtfully while maintaining a coherent long-term journey.

There is no obligation to continue beyond the retreat. The retreat is a complete and meaningful leadership experience in itself. Many leaders gain deep clarity and insight from it alone, even if they do not proceed into the year-long partnership. If you do continue, the retreat becomes the foundation for a longer and more integrated journey.
